It is an intensive inquiry into the history of government-sponsored human radiation experiments and intentional environmental releases of radiation that occurred between 1944 and 1974.

SHHV-SBC Task Force on Standards for Bioethics Consultation http://www.mcw.edu/bioethics/DISDRFT4.html The Task Force was comprised of twenty-one scholars in the field of health care ethics, health care, and health policy.
